Recently today, another picture was added of the rumored PS4 controller. A few days ago the same controller was also posted on a website. In this picture, you can clearly see a 3.5mm audio jack on the controller. Sources from IGN and other highly trusted sites confirm that the two pictures that have been posted are real. The Analog sticks are shaped different from the regular PS3 controller we have now. It might have some modified features to it, that we have yet to know about. One of the new features you can also see is the blue light at the top of the picture.
Currently as of now, the controller has not yet been confirmed by Sony themselves. Some websites believe that it may just be another prototype they have been testing out. We should hear more from Sony as we get closer to the new arrival of the PS4.

APPLE "IWATCH" COULD BE PAST THE EXPERIMENTAL STAGE.
According to sources, Apple may already be making a "smart watch". This comes after the New York Times and Wall Street Journal both reported that Apple was planning on making a "smart watch" which is more than likely called the "iWatch".
It was revealed to sources that over 100 people may be working on the watch, which "includes managers, members of the marketing group, and software and hardware engineers who previously worked on the iPhone and iPad." Another source suggested that the watch is now "beyond the experimentation phase", hinting at a 2013 release.
Apple's senior director of engineering, James Foster, is said to be working on the project. Sources say that the Apple Watch will "perform some of the computing tasks now handled by the iPhone and iPad." Tim Cook, Apple's CEO, currently sits on the board of Nike and is apparently interested in wearable items, especially ones that can be used for fitness and training.

EA EXEC: IT IS UNLIKELY THE NEXT XBOX WILL PLAY XBOX 360 GAMES
An executive for Electronic Arts has recently claimed that we should not expect Xbox 360 games to run on the next-gen Xbox, nor should owners of the next Playstation expect to play PS3 games on the PS4.
Sources report that EA chief financial officer, Blake Jorgensen, said "An important thing to remember is that next-gen consoles will most likely not be backwards compatible… And if you play multiplayer on a game, you'll most likely not be able to play with someone on a different generation."

STARTING YOUR NEXT XBOX WITH "XBOX ON" VOICE COMMAND
The next-generation Xbox will be coming with voice recognition right out of the box, according to sources. By using the verbal command of "Xbox on" the Xbox should start up.
You should also be able to ask your Xbox, "What are my friends playing?" and it should show you a list of who's doing what online so that you can join the fun.
The next-generation Xbox will also be revamped, meaning the new Xbox is going to talk back to you when you ask it a question. The big question is, what kind of personality is Microsoft going to give to it?
Also, since Microsoft owns Skype, the VOIP service is expected to find its way into the next-generation console.
Reports have said that Microsoft's next console could also stop playing second-hand, or pre-owned games, thanks to the always-on Internet connection that verifies each title.
We are all expecting an announcement with more details to come at E3 this summer, so we can put rumors aside.

NEXT-GENERATION XBOX WILL MAKE KINECT MANDATORY ACCORDING TO REPORTS
According to a new claim/rumor that has come out today, the next-generation Xbox will require a Kinect sensor to be plugged in at all times to be able to function.
Every console will be coming with a Kinect, although it will be a much more advanced version of the Kinect, right out of the box.
The new Kinect will apparently be capable of tracking up to six people at the same time, and can track smaller things such as hands and fingers, facial recognition, and even facial expressions.
According to reports, the next-gen console will also have multi-tasking capabilities, including the ability to run more than one game at a time. Another feature could be one that allows you to "suspend" a game, meaning you can switch to another game and then back without losing your exit point in either.
Also, reports say that unlike the Xbox 360, all Durango consoles will come with a 500GB internal hard drive. Also, full disc games will require mandatory installation on the first boot-up, but the installation can be done in the background while you are playing the game.
Recently, reports from Edge have come out that the new Xbox will require an always-on internet connection, which will allow Microsoft to detect and block the people from playing used games.
